About Kevin
Meeting Kevin for the first time people quickly realize he can be taken at face value. His background in lending, engineering, and project management have molded him into an attentive, detail orientated, and analytical thinking Realtor with a can do attitude. Since starting his real estate career in 1998, he's assisted thousands of clients with the largest transaction of their lives. Treating people the way he would want to be treated is the mantra that drives his authentic, dependable, and honest business practices. Never settle for anything less than Fase value.
Because he's assisted so many families with their home ownership goals, he's able to pass on his knowledge of the industry to help educate clients to effectively navigate the entire selling and buying cycle from A - Z. However, his strongest attribute as a Realtor is his attention to the details which keep the buying/selling cycle organized and focused on meeting the contract deadlines. He treats his clients like family so their needs come first, before the needs of his own.
When working with Kevin, he'll listen to the needs of his client's during the entire cycle, negotiate on their best behalf, and tireless communicate with all involved parties to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. Kevin utilizes the latest technology to offer all his clients the best advantages in the market to maximize opportunities, exposure, value, and profit.
Outside of the routine hustle as a Realtor, Kevin can often be seen morning, noon, and even night either running or biking throughout West Michigan trails or playing pickleball. Being a two time half Ironman, he has aspirations to start training for a full distance Ironman now that the last of his 4 boys will be graduating from high school. Additionally, he looks forward to spending more time traveling and boating with family since the weekends will no longer be consumed with photographing his kids sporting events.
